Ellibir: Card Okey Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Ellibir: Card Okey website and app (the "Service") provided by 4ourstack. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Using the Service
- You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable law.
- You may not reverse engineer the Service, access it in automated bulk, abuse it, infringe others' rights or use it to create unlawful content.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Online play
- Online tables are for fair play: no cheating, bots, collusion with other players or deliberately disrupting games.
- Your nickname must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or contain contact details or advertising.
- There is no betting: the game has no real-money or chip stakes, and you may not use it for gambling.
- You can mute or report any player at the table. We review reports; we may reset a nickname or suspend online play for a period (for example 7 or 30 days). Offline play stays available. Write to us if you think a decision was wrong.
- Online play needs our servers; it may be paused or changed for maintenance or security.
In-app purchases
- "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the price shown before you confirm.
- A purchase is tied to your store account. On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" in the settings to get it back.
- Removing ads turns off interstitial ads; optional reward videos you choose to watch may still be offered.
- Refunds are handled under the policies of the respective store (Apple / Google).
Intellectual property
The Ellibir: Card Okey name, logo, design and software belong to 4ourstack or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in the Service or on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence, including access to local consumer bodies and courts, remain unaffected.
